MOVEFREELY is not just a core and mobility class, to move well you have to firstly understand how to move as this is key to creating good movement patterns. We are hard wired to move, which does not mean we do it well. Moving poorly is what leads to wear and tear issues, repeated injuries and aches and pains. Anyone can do core work but core training is not a “one size fits all” system. Different movement issues may require a different approach to achieve results.

This 12-week zoom program includes:
- a consultation to understand your movement needs, posture screen week 1 and 12
- a follow up to go through any areas of the class you are wanting a deeper knowledge/ understanding
- and the opportunity to attend 4-5 live zoom classes per week.
