Over the years, in my search to help people overcome movement issues and sustain long term good health and performance I have studied sport science, sports therapy, fitness training, Pilates, nutrition, clinical neuromuscular massage, aromatherapy and biomechanics. I am also a qualified BodyMot Coach – the only one in New Zealand.
Unlike most of the modern medical and therapy practices, I take a whole-body approach. This approach considers how your own personal biomechanics, biochemistry, nutrition and emotions influence your movement, performance, pain, recovery and overall vitality. I look at the root causes (drivers) not the symptoms, for sustainable results.
