Why see me?

I don’t fix people. I coach them using a multidimensional approach (collaborative approach when needed) to empower people to understand their own, unique body’s needs and drivers so they can better lead the life they love.

Over the years, in my search to help people overcome movement issues and sustain long term good health and performance, I have studied sport science, sports therapy, fitness training, pilates, nutrition, clinical neuromuscular massage, aromatherapy and biomechanics. I am also a qualified BodyMot Coach – the only one in New Zealand.

Unlike most of the modern medical and therapy practises, I take a whole body approach which considers how your own personal biomechanics, biochemistry, nutrition and emotions influence your movement, performance, pain, recovery and overall vitality. I look at the root causes (drivers), not symptoms, for sustainable results not a “sticking plaster fix”.

Body MOT includes a full movement and posture assessment. It will help you understand how one part of the body can be causing pain n a different area. Learn hw the corrective exercise and massage can help to get to the root cause of your issues, rather than chasing pain.
