Movement Coaching is a proactive whole-body approach to maintain optimum wellness and reduce the risk of movement going wrong (sprains, strains, arthritis, osteoporosis, joint replacement, low back pain, aches and discomfort) you’re never too young to start!
As individuals, we are a unique walking chemistry set made up of cells, tissues, organs and systems that create a human. Each of these needs recovery, movement, good nutrition, hydration, and a safe environment to thrive.

When you come for a session we go through your full history of movement and health issues from birth to today, we work through the wellness chart and assess how your body is moving to understand what parts are affecting the issue and create a plan to bring back balanced wellness and give you the tools to look after your body.
With a career of over 30 years in the movement industry, spent chasing the Holy Grail of injury prevention and optimising performance, I found my mentor Dr Jo Abbott who introduced me to the merits of cellular health and movement via the BodyMOTSystems.
